Barak Leibovitz

Born with an entrepreneurial spirit, Barak has a passion for focusing energy and creativity on problem solving. While attending the University of Michigan, Barak participated in a variety of business clubs and organizations on campus- most notably the university's business accelerator- TechArb. During his tenure, Barak served as the Co-Founder of Campus Concepts, a moving-shipping and storage company. Previously, He served as an analyst for Marco Polo Pure Asset Management and Seacor Holdings in Hong Kong. Now, he’s determined to revolutionize commerce and entertainment.
Robert Kerr
Rob became an entrepreneur early on, starting a custom software business while in college. Subsequently he played instrumental roles helping build a series of successful technology companies. He received a degree in Computer Information Systems from Western Michigan University, holds patents in connected device sensor analysis, was awarded Microsoft’s Most Valued Professional (MVP) for his tech community contributions, and held software engineering, consulting and executive-level management positions prior to joining Seat Side Service Inc.
Michael Nisson
Michael Nisson is a strategic, outside-the-box thinker and connector who believes in the transformative power of using meaningful relationships and personal capital to foster amazing innovation. Michael’s involvement in venture deals has eclipsed the $50 million mark. Michael’s entrepreneurial mindset and strong passion for giving back to his local community led him in 2008 to found a group in Ann Arbor called the Next Generation Philanthropists (NGP). Michael was a member of the 2009 class of Crain’s 20 in their 20’s. He graduated from the University of Michigan in 2006 with a BA in economics and truly bleeds maize and blue.
Andrew Kolean
Software Engineer
Andrew Kolean graduated from the University of Michigan in 2015 with a Bachelors in Computer Science & Psychology. From a young age, Andrew developed a curiosity towards database engineering and software programming. After a wealth of experience architecting platforms for companies including Netech & Djed Studios – Andrew’s set his sights on bridging the gaps between entertainment venues and their guests. Andy’s ability to collaborate within the organization and execute on high-level programming tasks makes him in invaluable asset to the Seat Side team.
Neil Zemba
Neil Zemba is a passionate designer and entrepreneur based out of Ann Arbor, MI. Graduating from the University of Michigan in 2013 with a degree in Industrial Design and Operations, Neil began designing physical and digital products, as well as the operational structures around their production. Neil has helmed projects for companies including Nike and Jordan Brand, the U.S. Military, and artists like Lupe Fiasco. Prior to that, he founded two non-profits in the Detroit area that serve to manufacture products made from waste-stream materials, and promote creativity in the classroom, respectively. As of 2016, over 40 manufacturing jobs have been created, and over 300 high school students have been mentored as a result of the programs.
Prateek Sachdeva
Software Engineer
Prateek Sachdeva is a graduate in Computer Science form the University of Michigan. He is currently pursuing a Master's in CSE at Michigan and specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. He is incredibly passionate about learning and entrepreneurship, having been involved with startups since high school and even starting one of his own in college.

Having a passion for sports from an early age, Sam is closely affiliated with the Detroit Tigers and currently serves as a scout for the Detroit Red Wings. Sam's excited to push boundaries in the sports and entertainment industry and improve the fan experience. Sam holds a degree in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
